The Llacín pipe band, Conceyu Llanes, Asturies (Spain), begins in 1.998 in the Cultural and Etnographic Association of the same name in the village of Porrúa. It is situated in the municipality of Llanes and it emerges among the students of its School of Traditional Music. Besides this, the association holds a Medieval Market and it has also founded the Ethnographic Museum in the Eastern Asturies. It has created as well, other activities closely connected to culture such as the project of Cultural Town of Europe.
